Georgia Gore Wheat Seed is a soft red winter wheat released by the University of Georgia’s Agricultural Experiment Station.  GA Gore wheat is late-maturing (in the Southeast) and early maturing (in the middle Atlantic Coast).  GA Gore Wheat is medium in height, has medium strength straw and offers good yield potential and good milling and baking quality. It has excellent resistance to the local species of Hessian fly, good resistance to current leaf rust, stem rust and septoria glume blotch, and moderate resistance to powdery mildew.

Planting Rate: 90 lbs/acre
